These terms govern use of the Selah Concierge website and general enquiries made through Selah. Selah Concierge is operated by Origin Point Property Consultants Ltd.

Concierge coordination

Selah helps clients identify, arrange and coordinate services in Kenya. Depending on the request, the underlying service may be provided by an independent third party such as a hotel, property owner, transport company, aviation operator, restaurant, event supplier or other provider.

Enquiries are not confirmations

Submitting a WhatsApp message, email, phone enquiry or partnership form does not by itself create a confirmed booking or guarantee availability. A request is confirmed only when Selah communicates confirmation and any required payment, deposit or provider condition has been satisfied.

Quotations and fees

Prices, service fees, commissions, deposits and payment terms may vary depending on the request and provider. Selah will communicate applicable charges before confirmation where reasonably practicable. Third-party pricing may change before a booking is confirmed.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the nature of the request and, where relevant, the policy of the third-party provider. Selah will communicate material cancellation conditions when available. Amounts already committed to or retained by a third-party provider may be non-refundable.

Third-party providers

Selah selects and coordinates providers with care, but independent providers remain responsible for the services they directly supply. Provider-specific terms, safety requirements, licensing conditions and operational policies may apply to a request.

Private aviation and regulated services

Where Selah assists with private aviation, transport or another regulated service, Selah acts as a coordinator and works through appropriate third-party operators or providers. Selah does not represent itself as the aircraft or transport operator unless expressly stated otherwise.

Client information

You are responsible for providing accurate information reasonably required to fulfil a request, including timing, passenger numbers, contact information and other relevant details. Delays or additional costs caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect a request.

Website content

Website information is provided for general information and may be updated without notice. Service examples do not guarantee that every request can be fulfilled. “And anything else” is an invitation to enquire, not a promise that every request is available, lawful or possible.

Intellectual property

The Selah name, branding, website copy and original website materials are owned by or used with permission of Origin Point Property Consultants Ltd. Third-party photographs, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used subject to applicable licences or permissions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, subject to any mandatory rights or obligations that apply to a particular transaction.
